KKI at Tokyo Pack & Label Forum exhibitions

The biennial highlight of Japan's packaging and label industries, Tokyo Pack & Label Forum exhibitions, took place simultaneously at Big Sight Exhibition Centre in Tokyo, Japan, from October 13th to 16th. As usual, ILLIES GROUP's Japanese subsidiary, K.K. IRISU, participated in both exhibitions with extensive booths. 

Tokyo Pack exhibition was supported by K. K. IRISU's comprehensive packaging portfolio including world-market leading machinery manufacturers Windmoeller & Hoelscher, GARANT, Nordmeccanica S.p.A., B&B. Flexowash ApS, and AV Flexologic. Together with our partners, K. K. IRISU offers a scope and quality of packaging technology unmatched in Japan. This year, particular focus was put on solvent-free lamination together with Nordmeccanica S.p.A., with the recent installation of Asia first fully automatic three-ply lamination machine using solvent-free technology at one of our customers. Additionally, cutting edge anilox-roller cleaning equipment using laser technology was shown on our booth, gogether with our partner Flexowash ApS. 

On Label Forum Japan, our showcase was centered around our new partner, Weigang Technology Co., Ltd, showing their live 5-color in-line Flexo printing press, as well as DURST AG's digital printing technology. Daily machine demonstrations at our booth proved to be one of the largest crowd-drawers on the trade show!
