ILLIES participated in Tokyo Pack & Label Forum exhibitions

From October 23rd to 25th, ILLIES GROUP's Japanese subsidiary, K.K. IRISU, participated in Tokyo Pack & Label Forum exhibitions, simultaneously taking place at Big Sight Exhibition Centre in Tokyo, Japan.

Tokyo Pack
Tokyo Pack exhibition was supported by K. K. IRISU's comprehensive packaging portfolio including world-market leading machinery manufacturers Windmoeller & Hoelscher, GARANT, Nordmeccanica S.p.A., B&B, Greif-Velox, Flexowash ApS, AV Flexologic, Euromac S.p.A., and PURELOOP. Particular focus of our exhibition booth was placed on the range of sustainable packaging solutions offered by our combined product portfolio for the Japanese market, including so-called "Mono-Material" plastic packaging, solventless lamination, as well as highly efficient paper packaging equipment. Further, we used the opportunity to hold a seminar on Windmoeller & Hoelscher's cast film technology, with special attention paid to automation features and IoT integration benefits. Customers and visitors from more than 100 companies attended to our booth during the three days exhibition, making this bi-annual event a huge success for K.K. IRISU and our partners.

 Label Forum
K.K. IRISU exhibited live printing and finishing equipment on Label Forum Japan for the first time - using this highly unique and specialized event to showcase DURST digital printing technology for label applications. A perfect downstream addition to DURST's highly productive "TAU 330 RSC E" label printer is GRAFOTRONIC's "SCF (Super Compact Finishing)" line for die-cutting and slitting of printed label stock, as could be seen adjacent to each other. K. K. IRISU and our partners DURST GROUP AG and GRAFOTRONIC were equally delighted with the attention garnered across the three days and dozens of live machine runs. Visitors were particularly impressed with the quality and efficiency of production showcased on both machine types, each experiencing their exhibition-debut for the Japanese market.
We sincerely thank all of our partners for their dedicated contribution to making both Tokyo Pack and Label Forum a resounding success and look forward to repeating each in two years time!
