• Changes Management Board of the company group C. Illies & Co.

Please be informed about the current changes in our management.

Our shareholder and director Mr. André Piédavent has retired from his managerial position with effect from December 31, 2008. Mr. C. Michael Illies will take over the duties of Mr. Piédavent.

During his forty years with the Company, Mr. Piédavent has contributed greatly to the development and expansion of the ILLIES Group. We would like to thank Mr. A. Piédavent for his contribution and his tireless efforts for the Company.
